Founder Kel Marsh

Kel has Founded and sold a successful business: Long term clients of that business: New Zealand's largest business, New Zealand's oldest family business. A large university, several commercial building companies, a global oil company and some well known exporters.

Experience: More than 25 years as a business consultant completing projects with both large and small organisations including BASF, Mono Pumps, Stella Artois, Rugby cement and Husqvarna while based in the UK and in New Zealand, smaller companies such as AIA Insurance, Maxwell Marine, Brierley Properties, Mastip Technology and Kristin School (private), to name a few.

Marketer: Two examples of successful marketing strategies, the successful marketing of the Auckland's Sky Tower at the 'sell to the public' stage. Kel worked with BASF South East Asia to increase sales in China significantly over 24 month period.

Expert Advisor: Kel's clients have won national business and export awards. Some projects undertaken include formulating and executing strategy over a wide range of business models and sectors including scaling businesses for export, establishing off-shore beach heads and assisting with building a successful franchise.

Kel has undertaken varied assignments such as: chaired a degree qualification committee at a university, created a 'Level 5' in-house leadership programme which he has implemented in ten companies. And he has assisted more than 20 companies to successfully embed recruitment, team building and leadership processes.

Business Teacher: More than 400 business owners have been through Kel's Corporate River designed workshops run for Ministry of Economic Development in New Zealand. More than 200 business owners have been through Kel's 'Build a Dream Team' and 'Build a Dream Client Base' programmes funded by New Zealand Trade & Enterprise.

Kel has also run more than 30 half day 'Keys to Business Success' seminars which many of New Zealand Government's Trade & Enterprise's own client managers attended. He runs a regular course at Massey University's E-Centre for technology start-ups and entrepreneurs.
